Scones

How are you guys doing? I have been really busy these days but I made some scones this weekend, so I thought I would share the recipe because they were so yummy.

INGREDIENTS
250gr flour
10gr baking powder
40gr sugar
75gr butter
75ml milk - I used coconut milk
1 egg
pinch of salt

STEPS
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until everything is well integrated.
2. Lightly flour the counter and roll the dough. Form circles about 3cm thick (The mixture will be sticky but don't add flour because they'll turn out dry)
3. Brush them with milk on top and place them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 390F.
4. Enjoy!

4. ¡A disfrutar!
