Today it's all about new recipes. When traveling I like to bring my own snacks and make sure I have some yummy little treats. For our trip to Alabama I decided to make Peanut Butter cookies because I had some peanut butter that I honestly didn't know what to do with it. This recipe is so quick and simple and it's such a great filling snack! ___________________________________________ //Hoy se trata de nuevas recetas. Para nuestro viaje a Alabama decidí hacer galletas de mantequilla de cacahuete porque tenía un poco de mantequilla de cacahuete que honestamente no sabía qué hacer con ella. Esta receta es tan rápida y sencilla y es un snack que te llena.
INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup raw honey 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Dash cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 cup almond flour 1/2 tsp baking powder STEPS 1. Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix the peanut butter, raw honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. 2. Add the flour and the baking powder and mix until well combined. 3. Scoop onto a baking sheet and use a fork to create a little cross hatch in the center of each cookie. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Precalentar el horno a 350F. Mezclar la mantequilla de cacahuete, miel, vainilla, canela y sal en un bol. 2. Añadir la harina y la levadura en polvo y mezclar hasta que estén bien combinados. 3. Poner en una bandeja para hornear y usar un tenedor para crear una pequeña cruz en el centro de cada galleta. 4. Hornear durante 8-10 minutos, dejar enfriar durante 5 minutos y a disfrutar.
